Welcome. I am an attorney at law who has been practicing law for over 12 years and has been a fully licensed legal advisor since August 2005.

In addition to the above, I am also experienced in other aspects of my clients' business having also worked as an in-house lawyer. For example, I have advised them on labour law, data protection law and anti-money laundering law.

I have drafted, commented on and negotiated various types of commercial contracts, such as agency, franchising, leasing, credit, etc. I have additionally been involved in the coordination and preparation of annual shareholders' meetings, board meetings, etc. I have often represented my client in courts, arbitration and in front of public administration bodies including the Polish regulators (Financial Services Authority, General Inspector of Personal Data Protection, Consumer Protection Office, etc.).
